Ethos
Sia (pronounced Sheea) is from the local language Gaelic simply meaning 6.
Our aim is to engage all 5 traditional senses (sight, sound, smell, taste and touch) to create an overall enjoyable impression and experience, the sum of the parts being Sia. Everything we do is is designed around this principal, from our menus to design to our basic ethos.
Café Sia is all about you the customer and why not, without you we wouldn’t exist. We love everything about local, seasonal and fresh produce and we like you to get involved!
